If unarchiving a site exceeds the number of Starter (free) sites allowed by your Workspace plan, your oldest Starter site will be locked. To unlock it, you'll need to either upgrade your Workspace plan or archive another Starter site. Unarchive requests will only be fulfilled if requested by the workspace owner, admin, or site manager.
